MyHealth@EU: health data exchange rules
The Commission published Implementing Regulation (EU) 2026/2083 on the MyHealth@EU infrastructure on 21 September 2026. The act was adopted on 18 September 2026 and lays down detailed rules for the infrastructure used for the cross-border exchange of electronic personal health data.
