President of the Personal Data Protection Office: PLN 15,500 in fines for a court enforcement officer over a DPO conflict
The full text of the decision in the Judykatura database shows a case in which the defective organisation of the DPO function resulted in two separate administrative fines. The President of the Personal Data Protection Office found that a court enforcement officer could not simultaneously act as controller and as an independent data protection officer.
