The General Court will hear a data-protection dispute
These proceedings concern the limits of protection for data contained in an active-substance dossier and the rules governing its sharing in the biocidal-products system. The full text of the action in the Judykatura database sets out four pleas relied upon by VS against the European Chemicals Agency. The General Court has not yet delivered a judgment, and the notice reports only the bringing of the action and the applicant’s position.
