Voivodeship Administrative Court in Warsaw: deletion order must be precise

The judgment of the Wojewódzki Sąd Administracyjny w Warszawie, the Warsaw Regional Administrative Court, of 11 March 2026 demonstrates that even a correct finding that a particular processing operation lacks a legal basis does not relieve the President of the Personal Data Protection Office of the duty to formulate an order precisely. The full text of the judgment in the Judykatura database shows that a defective scope of the operative part may result in annulment, even where the court shares part of the authority’s substantive assessment.
