President of the Personal Data Protection Office: PLN 1,470 fine for a monitoring owner
The full text of the decision in the Judykatura database shows that the President of the Personal Data Protection Office does not treat a final order restricting video monitoring as a recommendation that may be implemented in stages. The authority found that the owner of a private camera system had not complied with the order as long as a pan-tilt camera could technically still be redirected towards a public road and neighbouring property.
