The General Court will hear a data protection dispute in the biocidal sector
These proceedings are pending, and the General Court has not yet delivered a judgment. The full text of the action in the Judykatura database sets out four pleas directed against the European Chemicals Agency. The General Court will have to assess, above all, the limits of protecting and sharing data used within the regulatory system for biocidal products.
