The Supreme Administrative Court held that entrepreneurs remain protected after repayment
The full text of the judgment in the Judykatura database sets out the limits of continued processing by a bank and the Credit Information Bureau after an obligation has expired. In its judgment of 2 September 2026, the Supreme Administrative Court (NSA) dismissed the cassation appeals brought by the bank and the Credit Information Bureau, upholding the assessment that no legal basis for that processing had been demonstrated in the case.
